 The underground container is filled by depositing the waste through the opening in the low-closing lid with instructions for use.

The inner bag is evacuated by removing the lid with the help of a hydraulic crane in a typical garbage truck. The evacuation takes place above the loading trailer or hopper that receives the waste and directs it to the presses for condensation. The bag is opened at the bottom, pulling the rope, releasing the waste from the bag with all its weight, without the possibility of the contents remaining in the container and without the possibility of spilling the contents onto the truck and the ground. The bag is then closed by pulling the rope to the restrictor allowing the bag to approach the predetermined manner that defines a container for residual / compressed liquids. The rope is then secured by the mechanism that prevents the accidental opening of each bag. The bag returns to the shaft, a large lid is placed in the housing of the container in its original position before the container is emptied. Removing the container and returning to its original position takes up to 3 minutes.

The evacuation of underground containers can be carried out with the help of a variety of equipment, including existing waste tankers, by refurbishing and upgrading the hydraulic crane with specific features and a removable waste hopper. Existing equipment remains operational for the evacuation of standard containers. However, the best solution for evacuation is the new generation of refuse containers which are fully equipped for lifting and evacuating underground containers with the help of remote controls.
